Circulator RN – Operating Room
Location: Montrose, CO
Compensation: $35.12 – $56.19 per hour (Full-Time) - Depending on Experience

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Circulator RN to join our Surgical Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe and effective patient care before, during, and after surgery. As a circulating nurse, you will coordinate operating room activities, advocate for patients, and support the surgical team in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate operating room activities and assemble necessary equipment
- Delegate tasks to team members and oversee workflow during procedures
- Implement the nursing process and individualized care plans
- Serve as the patient advocate throughout the surgical process
- Ensure a safe environment and accurate documentation
- Complete sponge, needle, and instrument counts correctly
- Communicate special patient needs to the PACU team

Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license or compact state license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Diploma in Nursing)
- At least 1 year of Operating Room RN experience preferred
- BLS certification required upon hire
- ACLS and PALS (or ENPC) required within 9 months of hire
- CNOR certification strongly recommended

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $35.12 – $56.19
- $15,000 sign-on bonus (with at least 1 year of circulator experience)
- Student loan contributions up to $10,800 (tax-free)
- Additional $5.00 per hour available through Clinical Ladder program
