Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote or Hybrid

Locations: Carrollton, Tifton, and Augusta, Georgia for Hybrid - or Anywhere in Georgia for Remote

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA therapy organization serving children and families across Georgia. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and strong professional support, with options for remote (within Georgia) or hybrid in-person work based in Carrollton, Tifton, or Augusta.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision to RBTs and oversee implementation of behavior intervention programs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress and consistency
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and data collection
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable state regulations

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active or eligible Georgia state license (as applicable)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
