Description
A Registered Nurse is needed for the Cath Lab at a 317-bed acute care hospital and Primary Stroke Center located in Tamarac, FL. The facility is Joint Commission-certified as a Primary Stroke Center and holds ACR accreditation in multiple diagnostic imaging modalities, including pediatric CT imaging.
The role. The Cath Lab RN applies critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to anticipate patient needs and plan individualized care throughout procedures. This nurse is fully accountable for the planning, directing, and hands-on provision of nursing care in compliance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician orders, established nursing techniques, and applicable policies and procedures. The role demands a high degree of clinical leadership and the ability to respond quickly and decisively in a dynamic procedural environment.
What we're looking for.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Must have acute care experience
- CCU, ICU, or ER experience MANDATORY
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Schedule. Full-time, days with rotating weekends.
Compensation. $36.57 - $48.15/hr
