Greg Bozek has been in the “People” and “Relationship Building” business in a variety of capacities for over twenty years. After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising & Communications, he started off his professional career as Technical Recruiter for Aerotek. From there he held positions on the business & hospitality development side with Frankel, Palace Sports & Entertainment (Detroit Pistons) and Olympia Entertainment (Detroit Red Wings). Prior to joining All Med Search as a Healthcare Recruitment Franchise Partner, he found his way back into the recruiting world in 2016 as a Franchise Owner with Gecko Hospitality operating the Western Canada, Upstate NY and Michigan markets. Greg likes to travel with his family, when he and his wife are not running back and forth from the hockey rink, basketball court, soccer and lacrosse fields attending their kids sporting events.

Gerald Fitzhugh II

During his tenure as an educator, Gerald had the opportunity to teach and/or supervise on elementary, middle, and high school levels. Additionally, Gerald has extensive leadership experience including, but not limited to, building level as well as Central Office K-12. His philosophy of fostering a distributive style of leadership, and facilitating a culture of high expectations for student achievement has been the foundation of my success.
Gerald's expertise lies in overseeing areas such as staff development and training, curriculum development and implementation, financial and budget administration, community partnership building, and policy implementation to realize increased productivity and improved academic performance while containing costs. Gerald attended Rutgers University beginning in 1996; completing my studies in 2000 with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology. Gerald completed his dissertation and defended on February 4, 2019 from Seton Hall University. The greatest pleasure of his world is being married to Arlenia Fitzhugh and being a father to his two children, Alyssa Ann and Evan Gerald. Gerald's leadership and vision of being a father drives the concept that all children deserve a great education.
These factors and experiences have enabled him to accomplish the following; please note these are not all of the accomplishments within a span of 22 years within the education arena but I wanted to highlight a few:
- Received an 83% in the Curriculum and Instruction component of NJQAC in the Orange Public Schools; the district had not met the required passing score of 80% in the district’s history. I worked collectively with teacher teams and administrators to make this reality.
- Amassed $24,919,000.00 in scholarships during SY 20-21. This is the largest number of scholarships amassed in Orange Public Schools History. In addition, this all took place during the pandemic
- Continues to work collaboratively with higher education insomuch that we received over $250,000.00 from Apple to expand our Computer Science Tracks at Orange High School, STEM Innovation Academy of the Orange, and Orange Preparatory Academy.
- Received an 81% in the Curriculum and Instruction component of NJQAC in the Hoboken Public Schools; the district had not met the required passing score of 80% in 9 years. I worked collectively with the Superintendent of Schools as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction.
- Received the Life Changer of the Year Award for SY 2015-2016. Out of over 800 nominations, I was one of the top ten finalists and received the award on March 11, 2016.
Provided instructional leadership and job-embedded professional development to the Focus School’s staff regarding effective implementation of school turnaround principles, which resulted in the following:
- Thomas G. Connors Elementary School met progress indicators in 8 of the 10 areas in Year 1 as a Focus School and was selected as a model for the implementation of Positive Behavior Supports in School by the New Jersey Department of Education.
- Improved teacher effective practices by 75% at Thomas G. Connors Elementary School as evidenced by the number of observed teachers designated throughout the hierarchy of effectiveness in lesson design and focus, lesson objectives, preparation for instruction, student engagement and using data to guide instruction by the New Jersey Department of Education (CAPA Team), compared to findings from a Regional Assistance Center team review.
- Improved NJASK Student Performance as evidenced by the NJ Performance Report SY 13-14. 100% of targets were met in the areas of Student Growth and Academic Performance. As a result, Thomas G. Connors Elementary was removed from the Focus List as of June 30, 2015.
- Led Chancellor Avenue/Annex School throughout school years 2010-2011and 2011-2012 in making Adequate Yearly Progress in the areas of English Language Arts and Mathematics. This work was predicated through evidenced based instructional feedback as well as individualized professional development across contents.
- Provided professional development to turnaround principals and teachers (April 20, 2015 - Regional Achievement Centers) on the utilization of technology in core content areas through the usage of professional learning communities. Requested by the Assistant to the Commissioner of Education to work with Jersey City Principals on pedagogy and moving schools out of Focus/Priority Status in February 2016.
- Began a consulting company to provide coaching to principals and school teams on: 1) data and using it to strengthen instructional pedagogy, 2) instructional design and implementation and 3) best practices (June 2015). Provided a workshop and follow-up consulting in July 2015 for the Sayreville Public Schools’ full administrative team on the topic of “Putting a Face on Data”.
- Presented at the Edcamp Newark Leadership Series as well as the Plainfield EdCamp Leadership Series on the topic of “The Road to the Principalship” (September 2017 and September 2019).
- Developed a new high school, full-year elective course entitled “Black History and Experiences” in America for 1012 grade students that was implemented in SY 18-19.
- Worked with teacher teams to reconstruct district curriculum in all content areas including related arts (FebruaryAugust 2017); aligned curriculum to ensure areas of diversity were indicated. The work continued the following year as well (March 2018-July 2018.)
Henry McNair

Henry D. McNair was born in Newark, New Jersey with his formalized education in the Irvington Public Schools system. Styling himself a scholar and an activist from an early age he was a founding member of the Positive Youth Today program in 1988. Subsequent to a high school career full of activities and accolades he vowed to make an impact upon those in communities like the one in which he was reared. Believing that education is the key to future success he furthered his learning by attaining a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Stockton University in Pomona, New Jersey in 1995. Subsequently, he continued to empower himself and help others by garnering a Masters’ of Arts in Education from Saint Peter’s University. Following a brief career with the Juvenile Justice Commission he pursued his passion of helping others by taking a position as an elementary school teacher in Newark.
Teaching gave him unique insight into how one enthusiastic person, thoroughly immersed in a mission of bettering the station of others, can make a dramatic impact upon the lives of young people. After six years of teaching, mentoring and guiding, Henry was promoted to the position of Department Chairperson in the content area of English. There his focus changed from one of teacher and mentor to one of leadership and coach. It was over the course of the next six years that Henry perfected his abilities in teacher coaching, peer observations, capacity building and brand promotion. In 2008 he was again promoted, this time to the position of Vice Principal in charge of professional development, discipline and student activities. In this capacity he broadened the scope of his influence by analyzing how societal factors directly impacts student achievement in all facets of life. It was here that he began to focus on community involvement by putting forth a call to action for service providers, social agencies, local clergy and non-profit organizations to make an investment of time, energy and resources. This network of community-based services would serve as a foundational template for later in his career.
In August of 2010 Henry was appointed to the Principalship of a small magnetic high school serving grades 7 through 12. During this stage he was able to transform the school culture for both students and staff from a laissez-faire attitude to one of high expectations and critical thinking. The hard work of his staff and students culminated in the school being ranked the 49th high school in the state of New Jersey by New Jersey Patch for 2012. The summer of 2013 saw Henry embark on a new chapter in leadership by becoming Principal of an alternative high school for at-risk students in which he took on the task of totally revamping the instructional schedule by facilitating a change from trimesters to semesters. In essence, Henry believes that you “do not judge leaders by their personal successes, but by the successes of those they impact.” With this mantra in mind, he contacted a myriad of resource providers for an underserved student population. He used his professional and personal acumen to increase community collaboration, raise social awareness and inspire his young charges to meet high expectations. Henry retired from education in 2022, since his retirement he has founded a nonprofit organization entitled Uplifting Life with a focus on assisting disenfranchised citizens.
Brent McKenzie

Lynjaé became a recruiter as a way to essentially help people. She realized that when she would speak with friends about their searches in employment she wouldn't get positive feedback, so she decided to go in and make a change. Lynjaé finds joy in matching candidates to the perfect job for them.

Heather Baldwin
