She has experience in event planning, and loves working with wild animals at Helen Woodward Animal Shelter and the San Diego Safari Park in her spare time.
Jon Allon is from Los Angeles, CA originally and now calls San Diego home. He has a natural love for connecting with people, talking, learning, and creating relationships. He is a dedicated professional with a solid background in high-volume office environments, focused on delivering exceptional support for healthcare professionals. He is a personable and communicative individual with a friendly demeanor and sound judgment to handle diverse daily tasks with minimal oversight.

After 20 years of working in higher education as a faculty member, Academic Dean, and interim Campus President, Beth E. Wood, M.Ed., came into healthcare recruiting. Beth has worked in nursing colleges with healthcare professionals all these years, overseeing healthcare programs and recruiting and hiring nurses and other healthcare professionals to oversee various programs in healthcare and other disciplines. Prior to her many years in higher education, Beth was a health educator in middle schools for hospitals and owned a successful Medical Transcription business. In addition, she worked in the Department of Radiology at a local hospital as a medical transcriptionist for several radiologists.
Beth is a masters-prepared professional, having earned her Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and her Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Nursing and Health Education. She has honed her medical knowledge, business skills, relationship-building skills, and recruiting skills by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality teams in the colleges where she worked all these years. Beth knows first-hand how vital it is to place the right person in the right position!
Greg Bozek has been in the “People” and “Relationship Building” business in a variety of capacities for over twenty years. After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising & Communications, he started off his professional career as Technical Recruiter for Aerotek. From there he held positions on the business & hospitality development side with Frankel, Palace Sports & Entertainment (Detroit Pistons) and Olympia Entertainment (Detroit Red Wings). Prior to joining All Med Search as a Healthcare Recruitment Franchise Partner, he found his way back into the recruiting world in 2016 as a Franchise Owner with Gecko Hospitality operating the Western Canada, Upstate NY and Michigan markets. Greg gets great satisfaction in assisting people with bettering their lives by placing them in positions with the diverse client base that he works with.
Greg likes to travel with his family, when he and his wife are not running back and forth from the hockey rink, basketball court, soccer and lacrosse fields attending their kids sporting events.
Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University and after working for Bank of America & Merrill Lynch for 16 years he found his way to the recruiting world. Prior to joining All Med Search as a Healthcare Recruitment Partner, Tim has managed the recruitment operations in multiple markets in the U.S. and Canada for Gecko Hospitality with the responsibility of securing Restaurant Management professionals for an array of clients.
Tim possesses a strong work ethic and dedication to his career. He loves that he can use all of his previous recruiting and management experience to match the very best Medical professionals with the various Healthcare partners that he works with.
Tim resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys coaching his kids in a variety of sports, playing basketball, camping and following Michigan State basketball/football.

Bonnie's diverse experience includes over 10 years of high-level sales in home security and later in laboratory services. Her results always exceeded expectations and her success was due to her genuine focus on the needs of her clients and not just the 'sale.'
Her two adult sons are the source of much pride and making homemade bread and pastas with them brings her much joy. Bonnie is an accomplished singer/songwriter and her hobbies include land and seascape photography.

Jessica is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional. She comes to All Med Search with over six years of full cycle recruiting experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, and defense industries.She is passionate about finding the right candidate for the position while providing a smooth hiring experience for candidates. She has earned the SHRM Foundation Veterans at Work Certification.
Christina Hernandez was destined to become a healthcare recruiter. She is a dedicated and hardworking individual with 16+ years of experience in the medical field; most recently as patient services site manager for a full service Diagnostic Medical Laboratory.
Christina’s educational and professional career began in New York City, "The City That Never Sleeps." She has held positions in Medical Assistance, Phlebotomy, Direct Patient Care, and Staff Management. She is a natural educator with experience in home schooling, lactation consulting, childbirth education, and currently working towards becoming a phlebotomy instructor. As a native New Yorker, her work ethic and multicultural diversity will be an asset to your continued success. She is also bilingual and a native Spanish speaker.
Outside of work, Christina loves to spend time with her four beautiful children, family and friends. She aspires to return as a permanent resident of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico after being displaced during Hurricane Maria. Life has shown her how to appreciate all the little things in life and live life to the fullest
Mark comes to All Med Search with extensive recruiting experience in the Education, Retail, Federal, and Healthcare fields. Mark started his career working in International Programs, recruiting students from around the world to private schools in the U.S. He then worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager for a retail chain in California, which grew from just 4 locations to over 25 during his time there. As a Healthcare recruiter, Mark has experience hiring medical staff for government facilities located along the US/Mexico border.
Mark currently lives in the Orlando, FL area, with his wife and 4-year old daughter.
Shawndetta began her career with the New York City Department of Education in the Division of Instructional and Information Technology (DOIIT), while working at NYC DOE she also attended graduate school.
After earning her dual graduate degrees, Shawndetta made one of the most important decisions of her life. She took a leap into the world of entrepreneurship. In 2008 she began recruiting, with a goal and mission to provide high quality professional staffing services with the priority of utilizing diversity and inclusion to employ hidden talent, locally & nationally.
Melanie Murrah began her career in healthcare more than ten years ago after attending the University of West GA for Humanistic Psychology. Melanie worked in Asheville, NC for many years where she furthered her practice over multiple mental healthcare platforms.
She later included her passion for motorcycles as an advocate for women riding and teaching with Harley Davidson, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda, and then working with Mercedes Benz. Melanie knows the value of following joy and meeting your own potential. She now resides back in Georgia near her colleagues in the medical recruiting industry.
Christopher has been a nurse for 28+ years, seventeen of those were spent as a travel nurse. He has worked from upstate New York to the US Virgin Islands to Arizona and everywhere in between. The remaining portion of his nursing career was spent in leadership roles that included Director of Emergency Services, Director Patient Care Services, Director Business Development, COO for Freestanding Emergency Facilities.
Christopher started recruiting as a favor to a friend in 2011 and has been working full cycle recruiting ever since. He has experience supporting direct hire, travel, contract, local per diem, and temp to perm staffing on a national level and has sourced everything from CNAs to C-Suite as well as physicians and mid level providers.
Christopher has an Associates in Nursing, Bachelors in Healthcare Administration and is actively pursuing an MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management. After he has completed his MBA, Christopher plans on obtaining a Doctoral Degree.
Brent McKenzie has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting with his family resort. From there, he worked in every aspect of restaurants, starting as a dishwasher.
Since then, Brent has added more than 10 years of management experience. His management experience helps him identify qualified candidates and match them to the needs of clients. He has experience opening several new businesses, both large and small. These challenges make him a sharp eye for the type of skills that hard-working professionals should bring to the table. It also makes him exceptional at noticing talent that is ready for further development.

Brandon was born in raised in Los Angeles, California where he currently resides. Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Brandon had worked in customer service and sales before finding an opportunity to begin his career in recruiting 3 years ago.

Brandy and her fiancé Matt have six children together, Wyatt, Mackenzie, Morgan, Matthew, Dalton, and Macie. And two dogs Luna and Nova. In her free time see enjoys watching her kids show under Future Farmers of America, play softball, and baseball and travel for Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps.
