Nadia Gruzd is one of the nation’s top global healthcare talent acquisition and recruiting experts. Her expertise enables her to work with hiring managers to help healthcare organizations develop staffing strategies in order to achieve their business objectives.

Nadia has built a unique recruitment methodology based on what she has learned over the past 30 years and she teaches her methodology to in-house recruiters – new and experienced – to enable them to become more confident and professional and fill more direct hire vacancies in a shorter time frame, thereby producing the highest productivity at the lowest cost.

Nadia also teaches hiring managers how to hire, train and manage recruiters to ensure the best results for you and your team.

Marni has grown up around healthcare recruiters and has an excellent understanding of what it takes to make a successful placement. She is very organized and passionate about every task she tackles. She has experience in event planning, and loves working with wild animals at Helen Woodward Animal Shelter and the San Diego Safari Park in her spare time. 

Jon Allon is from Los Angeles, CA originally and now calls San Diego home. He has a natural love for connecting with people, talking, learning, and creating relationships. He is a dedicated professional with a solid background in high-volume office environments, focused on delivering exceptional support for healthcare professionals. He is a personable and communicative individual with a friendly demeanor and sound judgment to handle diverse daily tasks with minimal oversight.

Jon is very excited to work with an industry leader like All Med Search who he believes has the same goals and values that are instilled in him: Quality, passion, strategic intent, persistent sourcing, service excellence and social responsibility.  To Jon, success is setting a goal, committing to that goal, developing your skills to reach that goal, doing your very best and not stopping once the goal is reached.

In the business world, having a strong, clear relationship with your clients is critical to overall success. Bonnie Cirino brings her skills in communication, negotiation and account management to advocate for her client's goals and support their success.

Bonnie's diverse experience includes over 10 years of high-level sales in home security and later in laboratory services.  Her results always exceeded expectations and her success was due to her genuine focus on the needs of her clients and not just the 'sale.'

Her two adult sons are the source of much pride and making homemade bread and pastas with them brings her much joy. Bonnie is an accomplished singer/songwriter and her hobbies include land and seascape photography. 

Bonnie believes in cultivating trust in relationships by listening to accurately understand the needs of both the organization needing to fill a position and the qualified candidates. She believes that successful matches ensure happy employees and employers.

Terry Sneed is a Louisiana native who now lives in Atlanta, GA. He is a father, a veteran, and just an all -around good guy that loves life.

His passion for recruiting started when he was a sergeant in the United States Army. While servicing his country for over eighteen years and retiring as a Master Recruiter, he comes to All Med Search with an enormous amount of experience, skills, and devotedness. He puts a smile on his face, by changing people’s lives with new careers and opportunities, which puts a smile on their face.

Terry has some favorite quotes that he lives by: “Life is too short, so live everyday like it’s your last” and “I'm too blessed to be stressed.”

Outside of the office he enjoys listening to music, traveling, attending live sporting and music events, trying new restaurants, and reading about wealth management and investments. 

Brent McKenzie’s career in hospitality began at his family’s resort, where he learned the business from the ground up. From there, he moved into restaurants, starting as a dishwasher and working through every role a restaurant has to offer. Over 25 years, that hands-on experience grew into more than a decade of management, including opening several new businesses of varying sizes. He capped off his hospitality career running restaurant operations at a large luxury convention hotel. Along the way, he developed a sharp eye for talent: the ability to recognize who’s ready to perform on day one, and who has the potential to grow into something bigger.

When COVID reshaped the hospitality industry in 2020, Brent brought those same instincts into healthcare recruiting. Six years in, he’s built a reputation for taking the time to understand what each client actually needs, not just the job description, but the team dynamics, the culture, and the kind of person who’ll thrive there. For candidates, he’s the kind of recruiter who listens first. He wants to know where you’re trying to go in your career, what you’re looking for in your next role, and what would make a move worth making. That way, when he brings an opportunity to the table, it’s one worth considering.

Chris Barnes is a seasoned career coach and recruiter driven by a deep passion for helping people achieve meaningful employment. With a background in coaching over 100 professionals—from aspiring tech talent to seasoned career changers—Chris brings a unique mix of empathy, strategy, and inspiration to every interaction.

Over the past several years, Chris has helped clients secure competitive roles at top companies like Amazon, Microsoft, KPMG, Intuit, and BlackRock. His work includes building custom job search systems, creating a comprehensive video-based interview course, and personally mentoring individuals through high-stakes interview processes.

April has been in Staffing and Recruiting since earning her Bachelors degree in Communication in 2016 from the University of Memphis.

April recently moved to the Atlanta, GA area with her husband and son. She enjoys renovating her home, eating great food, and traveling.

James Branch is from Douglasville, Georgia. He hass spent the past 5 years in logistical sales . Cherlyn Del Rosario brings over seven years of experience in recruitment and human resources, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless hiring experience for both employers and candidates. Deway Franco is an experienced healthcare recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, candidate engagement, and client partnership. She has successfully placed nurses, allied health professionals, and healthcare leaders in hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities across the U.S., ensuring quality hires that meet both clinical and organizational needs.

With a background spanning healthcare, technical, and pharmaceutical recruitment—as well as leadership experience in customer service and operations—Deway brings a unique blend of people skills, process expertise, and industry knowledge. Skilled in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment tools, she delivers efficient, results-driven hiring solutions while providing a supportive experience for every candidate.

Will is a dynamic recruiter with 13 years experience, which has demonstrated a record of success recruiting candidates for industries such as healthcare, information technology, and administration. He is skilled at reviewing and pre-screening applicants, setting up employer interviews and preparing contracts.

Stephen is an international recruiter focused on Canadian RN's. His network also includes contacts in Mexico, the UK and Philippines.

He has a lifetime of experience in sales: direct, channel and association sales from the finance, IT and recruiting industries. This includes tenure as account manager with multinationals like IBM and Equifax. As a Registered Professional Recruiter (Institute of Professional Management), Stephen brings a wealth of experience placing healthcare professionals in both Canada and the USA.  

In his spare time he enjoys travel, scuba diving (formerly a PADI instructor), tennis and golf.

Carli Press is a seasoned equipment leasing executive with over 8 years of experience in lending and financial services. With her background in education, Carli can clearly communicate and tailor solutions to both clients and candidates, helping to build strong, lasting relationships.

Carli holds a Bachelor of Education from Tyndale University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Guelph. Additionally, she has completed a Leadership Excellence Certificate Program, equipping her with critical skills in strategic problem-solving and effective communication.

With a commitment to customer success and operational excellence, Carli is excited to make significant contributions in the recruitment industry.

Merianne is a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a background in customer service, recruitment, and administrative support. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Management from Capitol University.

With over five years of experience in customer service and more than two years in recruitment and staffing, she has developed a strong foundation in building relationships, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting teams with day-to-day operations. Merianne takes pride in being organized, reliable, and committed to delivering results that help teams and clients succeed.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching horror movies and documentaries—always curious and eager to learn something new (even if it’s a little spooky!).

Joe Weaver has been working as a Health Care Recruiter for the past 30 years, both within corporate and hospital settings, as well as being self-employed.

He is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and hardworking individual. As a mature team worker, Joe is adaptable to all challenging situations and is able to work well both in a team environment and using his own initiative. He thrives under pressure and adheres to strict deadlines.

Joe's aspiration is to become a valued asset to All Med Search, working in harmony with fellow recruiters and forging long-lasting, respectful business relationships with clients.

After 20 years of working in higher education as a faculty member, Academic Dean, and interim Campus President, Beth E. Wood, M.Ed., came into healthcare recruiting. Beth has worked in nursing colleges with healthcare professionals all these years, overseeing healthcare programs and recruiting and hiring nurses and other healthcare professionals to oversee various programs in healthcare and other disciplines. Prior to her many years in higher education, Beth was a health educator in middle schools for hospitals and owned a successful Medical Transcription business. In addition, she worked in the Department of Radiology at a local hospital as a medical transcriptionist for several radiologists.

Beth is a masters-prepared professional, having earned her Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration and her Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Nursing and Health Education. She has honed her medical knowledge, business skills, relationship-building skills, and recruiting skills by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality teams in the colleges where she worked all these years. Beth knows first-hand how vital it is to place the right person in the right position!
