Since 2020 all training has been conducted over zoom. Our CEO, Nadia Gruzd does all the initial training. Nadia’s expertise enables her to work with human resources and hiring managers to help healthcare organizations develop staffing strategies in order to achieve their business objectives. She has built a unique recruitment methodology based on what she has learned over the past 34 years and she teaches her methodology to in-house recruiters – new and experienced – to enable them to fill more direct hire vacancies in a shorter time frame, thereby producing the highest productivity at the lowest cost.
Two-Week Training Program
During your training period, you learn all aspects of the All Med Search franchise system, including:
- Applicant-tracking software
- Interviewing methodology
- Identifying suitable healthcare candidates
- Client and role-playing interaction
All franchisees have access to our proprietary database of nationwide clients. You will leave training with fully operational knowledge and a complete, step-by-step operations manual for reference.
Ongoing Support
Even as an independent business owner, you are never alone. Assistance is only a call, text or email away. Rest assured: You are supported by the entire All Med Search support staff. Our team will provide ongoing mentoring and advanced training through webinars, personal consultations and biannual conferences. We have a vested interest in your success.
