Every nurse has a story, and at All Med Search, we are honored to play a part in some truly life-changing ones.
There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing dedicated nurses turn their dreams of working in the United States into reality. After months of hard work, including passing the NCLEX, completing VisaScreen, and navigating the immigration and relocation process, these talented professionals have officially arrived and are doing what they love; providing exceptional care to patients.
Today, we are proud to introduce three incredible RNs who were recently placed by All Med Search and are now working in full-time, permanent roles at top U.S. healthcare facilities. Please join us in celebrating Lotis, Marie, and Sarah as they begin this exciting new chapter in their careers and lives.
Lotis L. – Med/Tele RN in Louisiana
Lotis recently arrived in Louisiana, where she has joined a hospital’s Med/Tele unit as a full-time RN. She brings a calm, focused approach to patient care and a deep commitment to clinical excellence. Her team has already recognized her for her professionalism and smooth transition into the high-acuity unit.
Lotis is settling into her new role and new surroundings with grace, and we’re so proud to have played a part in helping her get here.
Sarah D. – Med-Surg RN in Kansas City, MO
Sarah is now working full-time at a top hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Med-Surg RN, she’s jumped right in caring for patients, supporting her unit, and learning the ins and outs of her new facility. From day one, she’s brought energy, skill, and compassion to the role.
Sarah didn’t make this journey alone, she relocated with her friend and fellow nurse, Marie. The two were hired by the same hospital and have been navigating this new chapter together.
Marie C. – Med-Surg RN in Kansas City, MO
Marie, like Sarah, is also now working full-time on a Med-Surg unit at a leading Kansas City hospital. These two incredible nurses are not only coworkers, they’re also roommates and close friends. Having each other during this transition has made a huge difference as they settle into their roles and into life in a brand-new city.
With the help of our amazing realtor partners, Jimmy and Niki, Marie and Sarah found the perfect place to call home.
This is what it’s all about: finding the right fit professionally and personally.
