Director of Marketing and Recruiter Development
Marni has grown up around healthcare recruiters and has an excellent understanding of what it takes to make a successful placement. She is very organized and passionate about every task she tackles. She has experience in event planning, and loves working with wild animals at Helen Woodward Animal Shelter and the San Diego Safari Park in her spare time.
Despite almost a year of searching for a position as a RN and trying out multiple agencies I haven’t received any actual help. One time I even got through all the process up to the moment where I was to sign the contract when it turned out that everything was wrong.
That is until I was recommended to contact Nadia from All Med Search. She provided me with accurate information and basically the moment I confirmed that I’d like to take the job offer she’s given me I got the interview scheduled. Nadia immediately answers all my text and calls me whenever the issue is more complex and needs to be discussed/explained on the phone. Despite the great amount of questions I have, Nadia is always there to help me through. A fantastic person and fantastic employee for a fantastic company.
Marni was very helpful and easy to work with. She helped me find a great ABA position quickly and made the process smooth. I really appreciate their support and would recommend them to others that are seeking a position in the field of behavior analysis.
I don’t know where I’d be today if it wasn’t for Nadia. I met her in 1996, just before graduating from an occupational therapy program in Cape Town, South Africa. My heart was set on moving to the United States, but I had no clue where to start my journey. Nadia made it possible, without fanfare, quietly and efficiently behind the scenes. Her calm demeanor and gentle patience made me feel secure and cared for as she guided me through the process and took care of all the bureaucratic steps that I didn’t even know existed. As it happened, soon after arriving in the United States for my first job, I met my husband and settled down to have a family. My career has flourished. I am glad I have kept in touch with Nadia all these years. She was pivotal in my life even though she doesn’t know it. If you are looking for help or for a change, you’re definitely in the right hands with Nadia.
Marni was very excellent from start to finish. She took the time to communicate and went out of her way to make sure everything worked out for me.
